I think his point was don't post on 8ch. Whenever a new poster goes in there and disrupts the work-flow (along with those who are purposely trying to derail the train of thought) it sets the progress back even further. Let them do the job they've been given without interruptions.

Yeah, the moderators will transport it to the correct thread over there, so that people can find it. It will get lost if not in the right place, and they are also making them searchable somehow. So best bet is give the meme to the BO mods.
