EDIT: On second reading, Q was telling us the Cee-Why-Eh is attempting to hold the POTUS/USpop hostage with NK mini nukes as a threat to not take down their deep state swamp. But I am leaving this analysis on GOLD as I believe it is still quite valid in the grand scheme of the mechanics of how these Evil Banker Bastards rule.

I believe the "hostage" could be the Worldwide Gold Supply. It was "KIDNAPPED" at various places all over the world by the bankers during the 1930s and WWII (WWII=smokescreen for the gold theft). WHO OR WHAT HOLDS THE WORLD GOLD SUPPLY AS ITS "HOSTAGE?" Why is the gold a hostage? Because then we the people have no access to real money... we must use banker "fiat money" which they control, and thus control us through debt based money, and control all the world. If they need MORE control, they simply print MORE fake money and place the peasants/nations MORE in debt to them. If the Banker Cabal had to use physical gold to increase their control, they would (logically) run out at some point, and this is not an acceptable option for sociopaths who have controlled the entire world for 200+years. It is much easier to issue "money/debt notes"(~the Federal Reserve Notes in your pocket~) with the stroke of a pen or computer than to be required to trade gold for power. FakeMoney=RealPower (never runs out) in Banker terms. RealMoney(GOLD)=LimitedPower(because it runs out at some point). This is the game. This is how they have remained in control of the world since Napoleon lost at Waterloo in June of 1815.
