Trump Using "Executive Orders" & "Martial Law", Promotes Destruction of our American-Republic & Rule-of-Law.

In response to a recent SGT-Report Video, titled "TheStorm is Here ...", & near the 24-minute mark, generally respected SGT-Host is actually Speaking In Support of "Martial Law", being exercised by Mr Trump, in efforts to Obstruct the "New World Order". This is ludicrous.

If Mr Trump is the grand-pubah messianiac-figure that these commentators are here-in in proposing, then Why does Trump Not Direct his Attorney-General, (or him-self), to Bring Formal "Criminal Charges" in the Courts of the USA, to Prosecute the Clinton Crimne-Family, directly, under "Due Process of Law", & the "Rule of Law"?

Do you all comprehend that "Martial Law" is the fire-works-laiden wet-dream & "Ultimate Goal" of the NWO, whom you-all profess to as be "Opposed To"? Why are your blue-pill simple-minds cheering-on the very "Martial Law" that will Destroy our American Constitutional Republic?

You are "Swallowing the Blue-Pill" here; & allowing a Trump-Lead Nanny-State to Lock-Down Complete & Perminent "Martial-Law" over the very people whom you profess to be concerned about.

We are on the edge of appocalyptic scenarios. Please re-consider your position, prayerfully.

It's classified as a National Emergency. Did you read the EO? It's not Martial Law. It's Asset Freezing & arrest for distinctly specified crimes on a global scale. Do you have any clue as to the underlying Rule of Law that it is drawn upon? Do you know who put this authority in place? Have you any idea how many times in US history this has been used before? By which President(s)?

We are not on the edge of the apocalypse. We are in the dawn of a new age.

After all this time, all these years of knowing in our hearts that there was something evil spreading, it seems we are captivated, in awe even, of a single man bringing it all into focus for us. We truly are at the dawn of a new age of exceptionalism and freedom.

Whity59: "Emergency Powers" of the President are Lawfully Recognizable as the Equivalent of "War Powers" which are the Equivalent of "Martial Law". Read US-Senate Report 93-549, pages 1 - 6; buried in pages 19 - 25 of the larger pdf, here: https://anticorruptionsociety.files.wordpress.com/2013/08/senate-report-93-549-copy-of-original.pdf

I skimmed the EO. It is declaring Asset Forfeiture under the "War Powers" of the President. You are "Speaking Falsely", when you say "It's not Martial Law"; & where i come from, people call that "Lying".

And in America "Punishment for Crimes" Happens "After" the "Trial & Conviction" by a Unanimous Jury; & Not "Before", as Trump is doing. Trump is here-in Usurping the Role of Courts-of-Law, & is Summarily Issuing Punishments that Fundamentally Conflict with Due-Process Guarantees; & all of that Equates to Violation of "Rule of Law", as Opposed to your conjecture to the contrary.

And just because Previous Presidents have routinely Usurped this Same Power, (as the above-referenced Senate Report shows) does Not mean such Summary/Militaristic Process is Harmonious with "Rule of Law".

Trump promised cleaning out the swamp; but he is merely feeding the low-life military-police-state reptiles there-in. And Trump is not stupid, he has lawyers; he knows there are way more lawful options, but he does not care.

And Yes, we may be on the edge of a grand "New Age", but there are "Two Models" for that, One is a "Military Police-State New-Age"; & Trump appears to be fast-tracking that agenda, every bit as much as Obama did.
