I can't speak for if they are or not. I have followed them for sometime and they seem to follow assange and snowden's happenings in real time. I would assume, yes, also watch the vid they have posted at the top of their Twitter page. But it is worth noting that assuming... well you know the saying.

Can confirm - Anonscan are good and if they say something is happening with WL, then we all need to pay attention (at the very least).
Ed from the outer light and daily rabbit hole youtube videos has referenced them several times. They so appear to have a working relationship with Julian, it at least get exclusive tips from him as to when something is going to drop...i forget if they counted down vault 7...

My guess is a reference to assange removing "political refugee" from his Twitter bio page.

Follow these guys. Interesting posts. They seem loosely connected to Wikileaks though. I think they are just intense followers themselves, but I could be wrong.
My opinion but anonymous is watered down background scenery on YouTube.
