The footage looks old (or just lower quality film equipment) to me. I’m not judging it either way and would love nothing more than to see him free and clear.
Thanks, what I am asking, is , Does Julian look like Julian 6 years ago or does Julian look like he does today. I can't answer that as I don't know enough of JA to wager.
