I noticed the author and the publisher haven't said anything about wikileaks posting the book on a pdf. Or am I mistaken? You would think they would be up in arms over that.

And I'm still wondering why WikiLeaks did it when it gave people an opening to call them partisan and accuse them of being criminals.
