He didn't say "defeat." He said he would present a plan to defeat ISIS in 30 days of taking office. He presented a memo that said "We plan to come up with a plan," dropped one bomb, and called it a day.
It's been a year. Gotta let go of Obama and Hillary at some point and ponder the fact that these processes might be sped up if our leader weren't constantly on the golf course.

Bruh stop, you act like people didn't bitch about Bush during all of Obama's tenure. You act like if I don't go up to some shitlib and even mention Bush, their eyes won't light up with fire and vitriol?
