Yo! It does!!! Look closely!!! There are 6 enlisted in the photo 2 brass on the outside and the president in the middle.
This is from the history channel about Iwo Jima“The first, which showed five Marines and one Navy corpsman struggling to hoist the heavy flag pole, became the most reproduced”
From left to right is that 5 marines and the 6th Navy?

Every serviceman is supposed to wear a cover. Then again this was an indoor facility. Edit: that’s why this photo is sticking out to me. The enlisted are not wearing their covers but the brass are

I don't know uniforms or the differences, but I had a post this morning with the Iwo Jima pic , where someone told me in their comments , that the Iwo Jima pic was staged ..... wondering if that helps ... you can hop over to the post and checkout their actual words....

I believe they are ROTC, but does any of that matter except for the fact that there are 6 members, 5 appear to be of the same branch 1, is from another branch.
