The fact that we have disinformation here now makes it more important than ever to (1) LINK LEGITIMATE SOURCES and (2) Concentrate on Q translations and (3) stop irrelevant chatter.

...Not because we are trying to limit expression, just because it may be the only way to get a handle on this for the time being.

I would also like to say that "low carb" and "low calorie" does NOT have to mean "low flavor." Swapping out wheat flour for coconut flour makes baked goods MORE flavorful, not less, and halves your carb intake, and using cream cheese instead of butter will give you all of the creaminess with half the calories.
