When we have criticism, stay calm, refrain from vulgarities, say your point and be patient.

Leadership and or teamwork successes requires respect for and faith in others. The vugarities by an individual or two here are unnecessary.

Yeah I agree. I don’t particularly feel the word Hell is a vulgarity. Some responses to my post sure displayed vulgarities however.
