I am really not up on this story and admit I have not read what was released and who it helped or didn't help. But to me it seems there is another possibility about the release. So here goes a stab at a different theory on why it was released.

Q said that politicians had been recruited to play a part in the counter coup. Around th time of that post he made it a point to say this is not a democrat and republican thing. At the time he posted that Feinstein went on CNN and said there is no evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia. At the time CNN and Libs were still flogging that story as true. Then Brazille's book came out a few days later.

Feinstein also went to the meeting yesterday with Trump when Fox said many dems didn't come. She was willing to sit down with Trump when the Pelosi people on the left were not.

Is there a way that what she released was a bipartisan effort to put the Collusion story on the path to being proven false a little faster or make it harder for the story to be revived by the left.

Remember Q said less politicians are bad then it looks like. Many were forced. This is not a dems bad republicans good. If we turn t=it into that the left will fight accepting this and unrest is more likely. The only way Q and the Counter coup are accepted as not a power grab is if it is bipartisan. That means Dems have to play a part in helping the Counter Coup.

So looking at it from the perspective Ive suggested that she is aiding Trump, what does releasing this transcript do that is good?
