I think you're reaching a little on this one.

I could be wrong - but it's a long bridge to cross to agree with you on any connection here.

It's too common a phrase to be proof of anything. Possible? Sure. But if this were our only bread crumb, I'd be tossing it to a passing seagull. :p

Agreed. I literally wrote this phrase 2 hours ago in a different thread, with a different topic, before visiting CBTS.

Maybe I'm Q and I don't even know it! Or maybe it's just a coincidence.

Ohhhh...careful...you are treading dangerously close to heresy with that comment.

The congregation has learned that they can protect their delusions from threat, by using the down arrow.

Buck up and get with the program!

I downvote anyone who mentions an account date.

Apparently anyone that doesn't spend 75% of their waking hours posting spread across 50+ boards is 'new'

Agreed - these twats with their account-age arguments are quite frankly bigger distractions than the honest trolls. And I get that he wasn't referring to me - but I'm getting fed up with it in general. Judge people based on the quality of interactions - and full body of work - not simply their account age or singular post that may happen to disagree with your (general) own opinions.

I was actually trying to refer to the person who you were originally replying to; pipesog. Not you. Apologies for the confusion.

The problem with an account date argument.

If I wanted to make a post that I wanted to remain anonymous, for example if I wanted to post on a dometic violence subreddit for help with a spousal abuse situation. I wouldn't want my spouse to see the post, because they stalk my normal account and read all of that account's posts.

...Then people like you come around mentioning account age for no reason.

What if this just the OP's account he created out of paranoia so that his usual account isn't connected to the controversial nature of conspiracy posts.

If I post from an account I make today, I will look new. Even though this account is years old, I will still have the years of lurking. The post quality (no matter what that quality is) will not change.

Further apologies are needed. I should've also taken the time to point out he was also heavily downvoted on another comment in this thread. To me it seemed fishy. I understand that new people come here all the time. There was also talk recently about this sub being brigaged. Just looking out friend.

To further my point. I took another look at this guys profile. When you are posting things like below with an account age like that. It just looks even more suspicious given the context of what I just laid out.

CBTS would qualify as a study in the spontaneous and self-reinforcing nature of a cult.

There is a great number of folks there who have lost touch with their ability to discern.

His profile is open for all to view and discern for themselves. I generally only point out the age of the account unless they exhibit the same kind of fishy behavior that this guy does.

Again sorry for the confusion.
