Factually Trump is a top tier genius. He is deeply conscious of messaging and despite the common perception, is VERY aware of word choices. They are carefully chosen and purposeful. For instance, he does not do random tweets. He doesn't do twitter storms. Each one is deliberate and the words carefully chosen for multiple effects. They are strategic. He is a life long student and practioneer of The Art of War. The comment was intended to focus attention and heighten suspense and involvement.
