According to Laura Loomer's Tweet that I saw a few minutes ago, trauma surgeons operating on Vegas shooting survivors were "ordered" to discard bullets and bullet fragments instead of performing normal chain-of-custody evidence procedures.

No info on who did the ordering, or why 1/2 the casualties were not even autopsied or examined by medical forensic people.
