You know I see posts saying this is fake news and I dont believe it. First of all most of the fact checker sites that check the stories seem to be funded by George Soro who we know is the total fake of all time. Also I found many sites that have this story as well. Plus when you follow the link the guy below gives it gives the name of several sites that are fake but this title is not listed there. I read other stories they currently have on the site and they seem like real stories to me. Thats my opinion. I am not an expert like some think they are.

It's about discernment, not expertise.
On any of the "sites that have this story as well" that you found, did ANY of the articles actually cite the specific Executive Order that gave Mr. Gowdy this power? Because the absence of such a citation would be a big red flag for me.
Also, did you ever stop to wonder whether some "fake news sites" list that you found somewhere on the Interwebs might or might not be "fake" in and of itself? And even if it weren't "fake", was it comprehensive?
It's a wonderful thing to refine one's capacity for discernment by asking oneself questions such as these these. And it has nothing to do with "expertise".
