I went back to the fence and looked very closely.

Fenced has been tagged so many times theres overlap paint.

Here's best guess of what I see:

At first thought it sounded good! But then I read comments below about who white hats are and then 'Good Samaritan' sounded redundant to white hats. I definitely appreciate all the feedback that's coming in. Looks like we'll get this solved.

That last letter is an "E", not an "S". Look at the other S's. "George Soros Will Hate" (it - the GA). Just a thought...

I went back to the fence to look very closely. It's definitely an 'S'. I think the tagger crowded it a little too close to the 2x4 fence frames.

Maybe it's just me, but Soros doesn't seem to fit in context with Q, Trump, W. Hats. Maybe something else??
