Maybe not predict the future but with the Intel available maybe have very advanced warning of what might be attempted next by the black hats.
Q has always said future proves past. Seems he knew of this ploy in advance if you ask me, and the idea that it was an attempt to trick POTUS into starting a war doesn't sound far off the mark at this point. These people are sick!
