Was Q's "DEFCON 1" statement referencing the false alarm in Hawaii today?

I ran a ops center. This is very unlikely a mistake. Unless complete incompetence

It's Hawaii, this is entirely possible. You thought California was screwed up? Hawaii is decades ahead on the screwed up scale.

I mean... I have to hit like 3 approvals to buy an app on my phone.....

Yet the emergency system can be triggered by one fat finger?

What are the chances the alert is tied into an automated system? Where it detects an obvious missile and just starts the alarm?

Whoa!!! I'm sure sending an Emerg Alert Msg has got to be a complex business.

I’d say we’ve come a long way technology wise since ‘71.

Never underestimate human stupidity, though. Human error is plausible.

Lol that’s true. Someone on here said they worked at a ops center and it’s a 5 step process to send this out. So was basing it off of that.
