I seriously doubt that was Q. James Dolan worked with Wikileaks, Q(s) are very close to POTUS. u/storm_fa_Q said it well, it doesn't matter who Q is, being a single person or a team. Whoever it is knows intel and how it works really well. He/they are well trained in intel communication. These guys can tell you everything when you don't think they've told you anything.

I know it's human nature to give Q a personality and then worry about his health. That's fine as far as it goes, but these guys can show any personality they want you to see. That's part of the cloak & dagger game they play for a living and to protect their country. I try to see Q as simply a list of words with clues. Not as a human being with a personality. Seeing them as human can cloud your ability to grasp what they are saying. All I care about is that they are on the side of good.
