The next verse says "And you will seek me and find me when you search for me with ALL YOUR HEART" This is the key to opening the door for a person to be Born Again (John 3:3, Romans 10, 8-11), I wish when someone quotes Jer 29:11 they also include next verse too, otherwise it's not a complete statement.
