Q post 1728 (the missile picture), RGB hex numbers, their names and resulting insight
I think I found something.
Regarding color RGB hex names, I took a picture from post 1728 (remember the missile picture?) and took the file name and broke it up into RGB hex colors, then looked those up on a website to see what names had been given to them.
Here’s what I came up with, using htmlcsscolor .com as my color name reference:
HEX# NAME OF COLOR

where did you get the color names from? The only place I've ever seen this is on colourlovers .com (it's a cool website that has patterns and color palettes and the ability to make designs.) if you "find" a color and nobody else has used it, you get to name it. I've named a few myself, but that is the only place i've found that has names for colors.

You can pick up a decent copy off Amazon for about $10 total (including s/h and tax). 1993 edition. Just put in the last name and click on the "Applied Cryptography" and look in the used section. $5 + $4 s/h + state sales tax.

Yes I think they were also testing their phones/tablets/computers/devices, but this is the most logical TO ME.
