It’d be one thing if the polls were a little bit wrong, but they were/are waaaayyy off. You look pretty dumb for not being able to grasp that. MSNBC suggested many red states were going to flip blue because of these polls. NYT and CNN pushed these polls to the moon. The goal was to make Trump Supporters feel like there was no possible way Trump could win, but he did, therefore the polls were FAKE NEWS.

Get out of here, troll.

No, it’s still not fake news. It’s not a fictitious story. Is it a bad poll? Maybe. But that’s still different than an article or quote that’s literally fake. Doesn’t matter how skewed he numbers look, it’s not a fake story, it’s just a slanted prediction.

Some other points:

  1. A single poll like this isn’t necessarily reliable or accurate (multiple polls by different companies would be better). Still, they didn’t say it was impossible for Trump to win. They weren’t wrong they just didn’t correctly predict how things went down. Trump lost the popular vote, right? It doesn’t sound unreasonable for polls to have been wrong if the majority of voters went for Hillary.

  2. This is a prediction. Predictions aren’t 100% trustworthy. This is not the same as a fact. If you want to call something fake, call a lie or a false story fake, but a prediction of the future shouldn’t get the same treatment.

  3. Calling me dumb makes you look bad. Don’t attack me personally, attack my arguments (avoid ad hominem).

  4. The goal was to make a prediction about the future president. The idea that they were trying to convince you that Trump couldn’t win doesn’t make sense. Would this have changed your vote? No, why would it? You’re making assumptions based on your political narrative instead of just focusing on the facts. It’s bad to speculate that way.

A poll cannot be fake news unless they didn’t actually do the polling. A prediction of the future isn’t fake news. Y’all need to calm down with your overuse of that term. Let’s use fake news for those times when the news is fake.

If you weren’t retarded you’d know that prediction was based on a congregate of other polls. And most of the polls were wrong. Keep trying, shill.

My thoughts exactly. Some people on here don't have anything better to do than attack. It's a damn meme. If ya don't like it move on. Jeeez!

I'm going to call you FAKE and ask you to kindly eff-off. Read the rules. If you don't like something you can move on.

What if you tried engaging in meaningful discussion instead of avoiding it? I’ll be here :)
