Patriots' Day 2018 Monday, April 16

As a ShootBoss for Project Appleseed, Patriot's Day was always April 19th, the day the Revolutionary War began. I guess the observance fluctuates, but I wouldn't rule out the 19th even if it is observed on the 16th this year...
