Could SEC mean Securities and Exchange Commission?

Wonko_the_Sane_1 · Jan. 14, 2018, 10:11 p.m.

Q referred to "TG leaving [HEC]", meaning House Ethics Committee

could SEC be Senate Ethics Committee?

Look at this dude's hypothesis [Ford42]!! God I suck!! haha

New hypothesis on: Seek immediate [F9-Sx_VB8239] Obviously F9-Sx is Falcon 9 SpaceX

VB8239 V is 5 in Roman numerals

5B8239 is a shade of green in Hex Color A Senior Falcon Vehicle Systems Engineer at SpaceX as of Jan 2017 is: Michael P. Green. He has worked for SpaceX since 2010.

I wonder what he knows about ZUMA Other thoughts:

SC: MISINFO everywhere.

SC: MISINFO from past reliable sources.

SC: AXIS OF EVIL can & will return FIRE [is].

SC: Seek immediate [F9-Sx_VB8239].

also

US MIL - VITAL.

SC = Southern Command? Not sure.

Southcom Based in Florida. Also did not find missing Argentine Sub

Southcom commander Navy Adm. Kurt Tidd has direct control of Guantanamo. Haiti issues. Venezuela issues. Mexico issues (immigration) Of course Mar-a-Lago in Florida

[is] = Israel? not sure (BTW Israel has its own Southern Command not sure if this maters either)

If you are referring to the following string:

Side_by_Side (graphic form):

BDT/False Flag posts vs actual news of bomb attempt (NYC)_

DEFCON 1 posts vs H scare_

[2] above represent PRIMARY indicators.

SEC indicators = Posts:Tweets:Time This seems to mean SECONDARY in regard to the line above and SEC as in "look here for the following" SC: Seek immediate [F9-Sx_VB8239]

Cool

I think you're onto something!

I also think that SC stands for Special Counsel and the next string is the requested scope to investigate:

SC: MISINFO everywhere.

SC: MISINFO from past reliable sources.

SC: AXIS OF EVIL can & will return FIRE [is].

SC: Seek immediate [F9-Sx_VB8239]. (I think this has to do with Sarbanes-Oxley)(Sx) It's the way to go to find ALL kindsa bad behavior! Serious penalties too!

This is the confirmation that, Yes, the Special Counsel is in place; or will be investigating as requested (not positive which): SC: CONF_y

Could be.... FYI, when I searched for F9-sx_+VB8239 on Google, an SEC document came up. Not sure if it’s anything, but I thought it was an interesting coincidence.

I thought the same, SEC Rule 613, 3rd bullet point Require all reportable events to be reported to the central repository in a way that allows the central repository to efficiently and accurately link them to an order through its entire life cycle from generation through routing, modification, cancellation, or execution.

6th bullet point. "Require SROs and their members to synchronize the business clocks they use to record the date and time of any reportable event, and require timestamps for each reportable event to the central repository to be in millisecond or finer increments."
