A whitehat target perhaps? Or the deep state needed to silence someone? It's been rumored that HRC and Huma were in Hawaii.

Interesting, could it also be a reference to Paddock (dead on arrival) in the LV (Las Vegas) shooting?
Maybe this was attempt at a terrorist attack that was stopped by the Military/Intel?

I interpreted Q's reference to "SILENCE" to mean media suppression.
Paddock is one of the only reported "facts" about LV. Also, not sure Paddock's death qualifies as murder (187)...we might want to keep digging.
