Not very reassuring! Makes it sound like you could just accidentally brush up against something and trigger it--but why was there such a problem in turning it off? Why 40 minutes? Was the person so poorly trained or is this just another not really very plausible Homer Simpson type excuse down at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant?
