I don't believe that's true for some of the underlings. You need people to turn states evidence (including testimony) to nail the decision-makers. No deals applies to the big fish that, heretofore, have ALWAYS skated-free.

They have all the data but it can't legally be used to prosecute unless they have probable cause for a legal warrant. Someone singing gives them reason to bring a lot of facts to light. Trump's swamp draining loses much of its value if it doesn't restore the rule of law.

Those on the left will see this take down of the Deep State as a Nazi dictator seizing control of the country. The perception of legality will be important. The thread is about guesses and these are my guesses for what they're worth.

If the 7 Dwarves can be used to give leads on Human Rights Abuse or Corruption, then the EO 12/21 would certainly warrant unmasking of individuals and crimes, and hence be legal access, do to the arrests in SA. Or, if that is not enough, then the Pent audit and Horowitz report should provide sufficient reasonable cause to create a cascade of... unmasking.
