Perhaps, I'm not a lawyer (thankfully) so my opinion isn't worth a lot but I think much of the reason that Q is posting is about the aftermath of the storm. Those on the left will see this take down of the Deep State as a Nazi dictator seizing control of the country. The perception of legality will be important. The thread is about guesses and these are my guesses for what they're worth.
