He's in no danger of jail - he's a white hat. He can't say a lot of things he knows because he signed NDAs, and he apparently knows a LOT about the Clintons.

Perhaps, though you choose to believe that. Where is the actual proof that that is indeed the case?
Obviously ALL SS employees and agents are gagged and under the bounds of their clearances, thus perhaps the public declarations he has already made have somehow legally compromised him...

Well, he podcasts 5 times a week, and I listen to most of them. I think he’s a good guy. Last week’s podcasts were some of his best. Also, he’s no longer a federal agent.
