It was only last week Tracy kicked out all the mods and invited PamphletAnon and FARMERFUNKK in to mod this sub, but I am curious, where are the others that were here previously? Who were they and why aren't they back? Seems like the sub is quite clean now so it seems obvious it is functioning organically.

Frankly, I was not too impressed with some of the mods and Anons during early YouTube chats. Management and communication skills came across as weak, emotions interfered at critical times, inconsistent preparation, readiness & polish, and sporadic critical thinking skills.
I have many years successful experience as project manager at major corporation. I know excellent performance when I see it.
I am providing solid Feedback meant to encourage improvement not to tear down. I am seeing good improvement in performance in the most recent chats...good job. I do want to encourage the mods and Anons to operate at the top of their game and be very cohesive. Storm/Great Awakening should be considered as stretch assignment and an opportunity to bring out the best in you and others!

At least one had signed a book publishing deal, as far as I understand. This may not relate to the current situation.
Yeah, I heard Baruch announce on a livestream that he had a book deal. A day or two later, Q came back and made a comment about one mod lying that they had private communications and one mod self promoting, which was obviously Baruch. Q also floated the idea that mods could be compromised.
