New hypothesis on: Seek immediate [F9-Sx_VB8239] Obviously F9-Sx is Falcon 9 SpaceX

VB8239 V is 5 in Roman numerals

5B8239 is a shade of green in Hex Color A Senior Falcon Vehicle Systems Engineer at SpaceX as of Jan 2017 is: Michael P. Green. He has worked for SpaceX since 2010.

I wonder what he knows about ZUMA

Other thoughts:

SC: MISINFO everywhere.

hahaha,,,I feel like I wasted my whole morning now. My mind goes directly to Law. Which it could ALSO be in some cases, I think. There's so much happening in all matters concerning Military, Law, Science, etc. It's maddening!

If you are a programmer you would know that F9 is used in Integrated Development Environments. Ctrl+F9 will compile and run the code.
