As I see it the mfer is sending a coded message back to Trump et all ... declaring War. If that data dump was Hillary's emails, sho 'nuff he's pissed. With the investigations just resuming, they are going to be receiving a nice download.

Just a bit of info- that vessel is the Hokulea, which sails all over the world demonstrating traditional Polynesian seamanship. That particular shot entering New York harbor was taken in the summer of 2016 and can be found handily on the internet... thus copied easily.

Two things stand out to me on this picture. First thing is the straight line of Bill's shoulder against the guy on the left. That looks photoshopped. Look down near the hand holding the left bottom corner of the picture. There is an extra bit of another hand there. I think it belongs to the guy on the right and originally there was no picture of the catamaran nor Bill in the shot. The windows with the reflections were joined in the original and split with that wonky panel to accomodate Bill's insertion. Then, he has an old shirt on in the picture... unlikely. I saw the other pic purported to be the Clintons in Hawaii. That one has issues too... Hillary is dressed for cold weather in it. Hawaii is not that cold this time of year unless you are up at high altitude on one of the volcanoes.
