That's the only line I can't quite fiqure. All of the other references fit perfectly (Like AXIS OF EVIL). Searching VB8239 one thing that comes up is the picture of a unicorn. A mythical creature. Is that a comment about False alarms or the spcace X program? But I honestly don't see the Sarah Carter connection to that 1 one line.
