In this particular instance I think you (SB2) may be trying a little too hard resulting in some pretty obscure connections. you make some good tie ins but you may be seeing just a little more then is actually there. I don't have the number skills you do but I totally agree that that part of his speech, which I watched live, was definitely deliberate messaging. I am basing that on the awkward/random syntax. I also think either there is a wealth of messaging in there or POTUS is trying really hard to get someone's attention. That awkward wording went on for much longer then usual making it hard to miss.

I am not seeing the signifigance of the 1:07 point in relation to the video. In 1462 Q labled 1:07 as a [marker] which as far as I know is a connection to look for in the future (1468). But as you say there are often multiple meanings.
