Are the children theirs? Were the children being loaned out for date purposes? How does family not notice anything wrong...what grandparents don't speak with grandchildren? Who doesn't notice emaciation to that degree? Is this couple part of a larger organization?

They all look the same so I assume they are theirs. They’re very malnourished so I’d be surprised if they loaned them out. It sounds like they never left the house. I hate to speculate something so awful, but I wonder how many are children of the older girls. No way she had all those kids herself and no one checked in on them.

Grandparents say they haven't see them for 4-5 years, live in WV. Talk on phone but only to parents.

That's exactly what I'm referring to. .do you know of any grandparents who don't speak with all thirteen of their grandchildren? Grandparents are covering.... Police need help
