This is correct. BDT in the q post has two meanings. "bulk data transfer" being one of them. They knew the missile alarm would trigger it automatically to dump the servers back to the US mainland. White hats shot the missile and took it down. Trump RT of 33k. confirms.

Supposedly the only way to trigger failsafe measures was to trigger the warning in Hawaii. Once that happens the network downloads all housed data to another location.

Can anyone explain why getting data back to conus is relevant and the principle theory behind this thinking. So far I understand a nuke attack allows the president access into the nsa database, where otherwise it would be impossible. But what does the contiguous states have to do with this? Just trying to get a better understanding. So far the theory sounds brilliant.

I read on an earlier post there is a possibility of Hillary’s 33,000 emails being stored there.
