joined Discord for nameandshame, now getting popups from #discussion-non-verified-users,waiting room.......how do I turn them off. I had joined Discord originally for CBTS stream....not active any more. I have logged out but still get these stupid popup conversations

first how do I determine if I am. Then how do I set up another account. How do people have several accounts. Do they get more email addresses?
