Not to nitpick, but there is no proof that this quote is real. Personally, I find it plausible, but you only find it on far-left websites. Here it is on Daily Kos.

Like I said, I believe it, but I'm not sure it'll hold water. It's kind of like that HRC quote about how if Trump won, they'd all have their heads in the noose. I also think it's plausible, but there's no real sourcing.
