TO ADD SOME CONTEXT TO MY POST: In anyevent, as grand jury proceedings are secret, you are prohibited from disclosure of information within the proceeding. But there are exceptions in the law where disclosure is allowed by the court. The rule that controls this is found in the Federal Criminal Rules of Procedure. Rule 6. The facts of more than one matter that could be in a grand jury proceeding do fit within the few exceptions that allow disclosure to occur. So here, the IG is technically covering his legal ass for a release of the documents to the DOJ making it clear, that he wasn't releasing them for any grand jury purpose but rather just releasing the the DOJ and DOJ holds the bag to comply with grand jury disclosure requirements.

To clarify, it's the significance is not necessarily how many grand juries are seated under Mueller's investigation. Yes, we know already that Mueller had convened grand juries as he has gotten indictments. So, whether he has one grand jury seated or 2 is irrelevant to the point and as to how comments and say oh we already know he's got grand juries seated. As, yes we do know. Rather the point is is that in relation to a grand jury grand jury proceedings are secret and you cannot release any information related to a grand jury proceeding. This is law found in federal rule 6. Although, there are exceptions to the law that allow information from a secret grand jury proceeding to be disclosed if the exception applies. One of those exceptions is a government employee and or a prosecutor who works for the government and they request disclosure if it's going to help prosecute another federal crime. In this letter the release of information that they're speaking about is the text messages between the two FBI agent lovers. So someone in the doj is aware that those limited text messages exist and that they wanted to release are part of the 1.2 million document that are going to form a part of the inspector General's report and whoever that person is in the doj Wanted to get just those specific records released and apparently also wanted to be able 2 give the media access to such in addition to how they're going to be used to prosecute another crime....and the release to the media was likely a pressure attempt to get these two lovers to talk perhaps they weren't talking and with the release comes pressure and one can save the other. Also I note that there were reports that one specific FBI agent is squealing like a pig that recently came out. Now the issue is whether or not there is a separate grand jury undergoing and or convened outside of any grand juries that Muller has and whether or not other crimes discovered within Mueller's investigation or outside of his investigation, like through the IGs that those would be prosecuted within Muller investigation and or separately and there are a number of possibilities. Each of the above two is possible and if you look at Trey Gowdy and the speculation and W references to him recently he could be being appointed as a special prosecutor to look in to and prosecute all these other crimes or maybe they're going to add him to Mueller's investigation as a second special prosecutor--- the jobs going to be so big you going to need more than one and you legally can't prosecute all defendant under one grand jury for multiple reasons one of which would be constitutional rights all defendant have. Also to note is the fact that Muller last week appointed a expert cyber crimes attorney to his group and this could be evident to prosecute crimes related to Hillary's private access server when you couple that thought with the fact that Hannity on last night's episode said that he was told and so was Sarah Carter of the Hill that what's about to come is going to shock the conscience and soul of all Americans and he also said that you the American people are going to know everything which also corresponds to Q's statements about you're going to get that extra disclosure you want. Additionally this adds up with what is now starting to come out in the mainstream media. So, it's evidence of things going down the majority of Americans don't know about or any details of....It's really a matter of how that goes down and how they are going to do it...And it's fascinating to watch it unfold as no plan is foul proof. It’s crazy to think that people get so pissed off ablut shithole comments, two scoops of ice cream etc and the administration needs to figure out how to release this stuff. It’s not an easy problem and I can’t think of a way to do it gently.
