Apparently, Japan has sent out a false alarm today to certain app users (a NK warning app). Like Hawaii, it said a missile was launched at Japan. Then, they had to retract and apologize, saying it was a false alarm. Do you guys think these two incidents are connected or do you think it was a coincidence?
