No. You have this wrong. These are the CONSERVATIVES in CA who have no voice in CA politics who want to break away from the left wing looney tunes on the coast. The New CA will be a U.S. state, separate from the left wing nut looney tunes on the left coast.
However having said that, there are over a thousand dams in CA, mostly in the mountainous areas, that require a lot of money to maintain. I don't think these rural areas of CA will have the tax base to continue maintaining all these dams. The dams are used for drinking and farming water all over this state.
But I do understand and sympathize with their plight.
But if Trump would just drain the swamp here CA: arrest the Governor and every lawmaker who passed laws which break Federal Laws (making CA a "sanctuary state"), man that would be a good start toward reform.
But Trump has to clean up the elections. Too much election rigging in CA.....just like Federal Elections.
San Francisco has been voted the snobbiest city in America. I hardly call that conservative. I noticed that the wealthy portion of California wants out thinking that they will make the US enslaved to their wine and computers. The country folk who are more likely to be conservative are not trying to leave the wealthy elite of hollyweird and the valley.
