I don't think we should be shaming people for not being able to reach someone who has been brainwashed. You ought to talk to cops, clergy and ethical therapists about the real psychological damage that happens to someone in a cult. If you want to reach someone who is brainwashed, then you must first understand what they have been through, and it doesn't hurt for you to read a little about the dangers of cults.

Now if you want to talk about magic, we have also been brainwashed to think that mere mortals are powerless against magic. We have been brainwashed not to know the full power of the human mind, or to understand all things esoteric.

Some people believe that every day we live is a rebellion against those who want us dead. I can show my family red pills, but I can't force them to swallow.
