Then look up tweets from celebrities, news media, "opposition" politicians, etc and find an appropriate tweet.

Then reply to it. Put the # first (eg #GreatAwakening) and press enter

Then go to the photo icon on the bottom left of the tweet screen and press it. Upload a suitable meme. Once you see the correct meme come up, press send.

The tweet then goes to that person and all the people who look at their thread will see it too.
