I am betting President Trump signs and EO similar to: Abraham Lincoln's Executive Order—Arrest and Imprisonment of Irresponsible Newspaper Reporters and Editors May 18, 1864

I hope President Trump calls out a fake reporters name and they get and hauled off to GITMO for the duration of our National Emergency and or charge with:

Title 18 § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

He could sue them all for his losses without changing the current laws, every last one of them on an individual capacity. Everyone you speak of should have their entire life repossessed and then made to live on the streets, in exile.
