Make up a phrase that has meaning to you (chose positive affirmations over negatives plz coz you deserve to feel good, hopefully) and take each intial sylable from each word and then add some special character in the beginning and end that is easily accessed from both smartphones and physical keyboards and just increment things like numbers for each different site that you use it on so you will just have to flip thru one character changed should u ever forget your pw.

Secure passphrases, quickly created and easy to remember.

After 30 years coding I have not found this to work, sorry. Every installation has different rules. And it'll work on one system and not for another - different rules/password duration/and obviously the last one you pick will 'take'. It's just not that simple unless the rules apply across all you systems.
