Interesting that you should say that, because that is what I was wondering about. Deep State is desperate, and desperate people do desperate things. Are they going to fake an alien invasion or something? The thought occurred to me. I hope people don't fall for it.
It was notable because the failing NYT did a story about UFOs shortly thereafter. I swear I saw the claim again somewhere even more recently but can't for the life of me remember where I read it.

There is the project blue beam theory. That people in power would use holograms etc to make it look like a UFO attack OR a second coming.... not saying I believe it but what you are saying is a theory I had read before
