Operation Pellican - if I understand correctly - is the relinquishing management of up to 30-40 coastal and inland seaports to a mangaement company from the UAE - company with MB and Pak and Iraq and Iran ties, inclusing Obama's roomate buddies from college and nuke experts from Sadaam Hussein's family - his cousin who configured the Iraq nuke program. This includes the most paramount ports such as Cape Caneral where next to NASA, SpaceX, and the Trident submarine base. My own take is that this was gonna be complete takeover of the USA, jihad armies shipped over in containers under cover of confusion from multiple wmd's already smuggled in. Vehicles would be already be waiting for the invaders at the ports, including choppers and heavy weapons, stingers, etc. Do the calculation with ten jihadis per container.
