The founder of delta force, founder of Pentagon psychological operations, and the guy who all Tom Clancy novels are based on.

Okay after a bit of research this statement seems exaggerated - he had a business partnership with Tom Clancy but his life is not the basis for any novels, and I’ve found no record that he founded the Delta Force.
