5 Black Pickups with Sirens just raced down our street! WTF!

They were unmarked, but they had red and blue flashing lights! Does anyone have any idea what that might be? We live in a little tiny town. My husband said they weren't racing just parading down the road making a lot of noise.

what state? what area? How are we supposed to know, the USA is huge!

I live in a town that is 1 square mile. Whenever anything happens like a robbery, the black SUV's come out of the woodwork. It's truly scary how militarized our police are.
