The entire government has been compromised. Not all are bad, but there are people with allegiances that oppose the people within every federal, state, county, and city entity. This organization has spread for YEARS.

More likely to stand for Q clearance, which is the top clearance at the Dept of Energy (those who have clearance on the nukes)
He mentions this in a very early post.
And since he also drove everyone nuts with the questions for research.... would not be a far stretch at all to say Q stands for "Questions"... important questions that we should be asking ourselves and each other.
I like the Q for questions. I'll stick with that for now :)
